Open a product, choose the options that product actually offers, set a quantity, and add it to the cart. Then open the cart and continue to checkout. The amount due is calculated on the checkout page from the variations in the cart, plus shipping and tax if this shop has those rates configured.

A product with more than one variation can have more than one price. The range is the lowest and highest price among its variations. After you choose a full set of options, the page shows that variation’s price.

Inside the United States, delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the parcel. See the shipping policy for the full explanation.

Orders of 20 US dollars or more ship free in the United States. Orders under 20 US dollars ship for a flat 5.95 US dollars. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Start it from the contact page and include your order number. The return policy explains the condition the item should be in.

Read the cancellation policy. If the order has not moved to a status that policy treats as final, contact the store with the order number. This page does not override that policy.

Drinkware has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, measured from the delivery date. Accessories and soft goods have a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty policy explains what is not covered.

This shop does not offer a personalization studio. Products are sold as they are listed, in the colors and sizes published on each product. The Customize page explains that limit.

Use the contact page. A public email is shown there only when one has been saved. Until then the contact line is owalalife@gmail.com. The form still delivers a message to the site administrator.

Checkout lists the methods enabled for this shop. The payment policy describes how those payments are handled. Methods that are not listed at checkout are not available. This page does not add card brands on its own.
